Revised Graduate Outcomes Report

The JRCNMT has instituted a new process for the posting of graduate outcomes online to comply with Standard D2 (E1.9 in the new Standards).  Programs will no longer be sent an individual program data report to post on their webpage.  The JRCNMT has moved to a single report that lists all programs’ graduate outcomes.

The new report is housed on the JRCNMT website and accompanied by a webpage that identifies the sources of the data; explains computation methods; and defines acronyms in the report.  Programs are grouped by state for ease of comparison.  The explanation page and linked PDF report are in the student information area of the JRCNMT website.  There are also links to the report in the online Program Directory for easy review by prospective students and the public.

Please place the statement and URL (below) prominently on your program’s web page by January 1, 2018.  A program may post supplemental outcomes information that accurately demonstrates effectiveness in meeting its mission.

In January JRCNMT staff will review all program web pages to ensure the outcomes page has been linked to the main NMT program webpage and is easy to locate. Please contact the JRCNMT if you have any questions about this new process.

Graduate outcomes are indicators of program effectiveness, demonstrating the extent to which a program achieves its goals.  Programmatic graduate outcomes data reported on the JRCNMT website include: 5-year time period of current report; graduation rate; ARRT credentialing success; NMTCB credentialing success and job placement rate.
