Compliance with JRCNMT Standard B5 requires programs submit an application for all academic and clinical facilities utilized for student clinical education.
An accredited program may submit applications to add new clinical and/or academic affiliates at any time between regular reaccreditation cycles or with a self-study for reaccreditation. All submissions require payment of an application fee.
These forms were revised to correlate with the accreditation standards that include diagnostic CT and must be utilized for all affiliate applications and self-studies submitted on or after August 1, 2022.
